1. Registering copyright of software
– Time Frame: 03 working days
– Required documents:
+ Two (02) description of software (SB LAW’s instruction).
+ Two (02) of disks of software+ Power of Attorney (Form of SB LAW)
+ Document verifying property of owner (theo mẫu của SB LAW).
+ Document of Verification (Form of SB LAW).
+ Business registration (if the applicant is a company)
+ Identity card/passport (if the applicant is individual)
2. Registering copyright of writing work:
– Time Frame: 03 working days
– Required documents:
+ Identity card/passport (if the applicant is individual)
+ Business registration (if the applicant is a company)
+ Power of Attorney (Form of SB LAW)
+ Document verifying property of owner (theo mẫu của SB LAW).
